Role Overview

The Communications Services Officer will support Messaging desktop and server applications, ensure continuous monitoring of message traffic, and maintain reliable messaging services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage message actioning and distribution as well as handle user account administration and after-hours notifications.
• Conduct user training on Messaging applications and oversee local account management to maintain operational messaging capabilities.
• Work collaboratively within a 24/7 rostered environment consisting of three-person shifts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Messaging desktop environment handling message delivery, distribution, and account administration within secure network settings.
• At least three years of experience supporting Messaging systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possession of NV2 AGSVA security clearance is mandatory.
