Opportunity Overview

Our company is seeking a skilled Lead Designer located in Dubai, UAE to take charge of interior design projects focused on upscale residential villas. This role centers on delivering tailored design solutions for luxury villas and high-end residential spaces.

Primary Duties

• Create innovative interior design concepts and architectural layouts aligned with client expectations.
• Develop comprehensive AutoCAD drawings detailing spatial plans and specifications.
• Produce professional 3D models and high-quality rendered visuals for client presentations.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and complementary design components.
• Collaborate closely with onsite construction teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to design standards and specifications.
• Manage any changes to design plans and resolve issues arising during implementation phases.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Proficient in AutoCAD software with a strong portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
• Skilled in 3D design creation and rendering techniques to generate realistic visualizations.
• Deep understanding of high-end interior design principles tailored to luxury residential environments.
• Prior involvement in luxury villa or comparable high-end residential design projects.
• Demonstrates creative vision combined with meticulous attention to detail throughout the design process.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license for site visits and coordination.
