Lead Business Analyst

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to guide and nurture a skilled team of Business Analysts while actively participating in significant enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role blends leadership with hands-on delivery, requiring engagement across discovery, requirements gathering, future-state design, and solution implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Business Analysts to foster growth and enhance analytical capabilities.
• Maintain and elevate standards in business analysis practices and tools.
• Directly support multiple projects simultaneously within complex technological landscapes.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to align business strategy, customer needs, and technological solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in methods and workflows within Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst managing various concurrent projects in complex environments.
• Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, or leading Business Analysts.
• Strong expertise in discovery, requirements elicitation, and process analysis.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Formal experience as a BA Chapter Lead is a plus, though seasoned Senior BAs with leadership capabilities are also welcome.
