Job Overview
This role entails leading domain-specific transformation efforts by managing delivery governance, overseeing forecasting methods, and supervising teams to drive business success through revenue enhancement and new opportunity identification.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes by reviewing outputs linked to domain-driven transformation projects to ensure they meet success criteria.
- Evaluate forecasting models and perform cost-benefit analyses to develop alternative methodologies grounded in market research and benchmarking.
- Develop and maintain strategic planning and forecasting frameworks across enterprise-level engagements, guaranteeing consistency and scalable solutions.
- Lead initiatives to optimize domains and solutions, maintaining governance structures and delivering value-driven outcomes for clients.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to consultants, supporting their professional growth.
- Review and approve technical documents for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with domain and organizational standards.
- Guide teams to produce clear, consistent, and quality communications, translating complex technical ideas into understandable materials aligned with business goals.
- Drive budget performance by monitoring financials, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring margin targets are met.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts and actively engage in RFP processes.
- Lead thought leadership initiatives through creating whitepapers, reusable models, and knowledge assets, encouraging best practice adoption and innovation among teams.
Required Experience and Skills
8 to 10 years of professional experience, particularly with consumer goods and expertise in digital transformation initiatives.
