Role Overview
We seek a Lead AVEVA Application Engineer responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining AVEVA 1D and 2D software environments to support corporate functions and project-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure projects, databases, classification libraries, naming conventions, and standards aligned with corporate and project guidelines.
- Administer and upkeep AVEVA Unified Engineering modules, including 1D & 2D, NGP&ID, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Spectrum.
- Design and execute automated workflows within AVEVA Unified Engineering to improve data uniformity and minimize manual errors across various engineering disciplines.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and license allocations.
- Coordinate AVEVA system access for external entities like joint venture partners, EPC contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee application setup, customization, and integration with enterprise software such as Unified Engineering, IFS, and completion systems.
- Ensure engineering data coherence between 1D data-centric and 2D diagram-centric systems.
- Establish and uphold project standards, workflows, and governance protocols for AVEVA applications.
- Facilitate training sessions for technical teams as required.
Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering awarded by a recognized institution.
- Between 5 and 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong expertise in AVEVA software and related smart engineering tools is essential.
- Practical experience with AVEVA Unified Engineering platforms is required.
- Experience in design and engineering within the oil & gas sector and FPSO projects is advantageous.
