Role Overview

As a Lavazza Team Member at Applegreen Enfield Eastbound, you will be essential in assisting the core operations that keep the business running smoothly and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the shop floor.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety policies and procedures.
• Prepare food items as required.
• Implement and uphold standards outlined in the Lavazza training manual.
• Manage inventory including stock control.
• Create exceptional food experiences that delight customers.
• Collaborate closely with management to meet weekly and quarterly performance targets.
