The Cafe Staff position involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe throughout the workday, ensuring the preparation and cooking of fast-food items strictly follow company recipes and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the cafe clean and uphold hygiene standards daily.
- Prepare and cook fast-food items according to the prescribed recipes and processes of the company.
- Maintain quality and cleanliness during food preparation.
- Serve food to customers and provide basic customer service.
- Ensure tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean at all times.
- Clean kitchen, utensils, and workspaces regularly.
- Handle stock and ingredients with proper storage and care.
- Collaborate with the team for smooth daily cafe operations.
- Adhere to company rules, recipes, hygiene standards, and other instructions.
