Role Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive financial tasks including accounts management, GST and TDS compliance, Management Information Systems reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and conducting audits across multiple branches.
• Manage payroll processing, attendance monitoring, evaluation of staff performance, inventory controls, and expense management.
• Supervise daily operational activities such as guest services, maintenance, and housekeeping to ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement processes, client interactions, and activities aimed at business growth.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, governmental agencies, and internal management to maintain regulatory compliance and facilitate seamless operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a commerce graduate (B.B.A., B.M.S., or B.Com in any specialization), with or without prior experience.
