The position is based in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Role Summary
As a LATAM Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs within the Latin American market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to fill upcoming vacancies.
- Conduct candidate interviews through phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
- Evaluate candidates critically by reviewing resumes and considering interview feedback to decide on their suitability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates' inquiries throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve weekly targets for outbound communication activities such as calls and emails.
