Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resource Recruiter to manage complete recruitment cycles from sourcing candidates to their onboarding. This position requires strong communication abilities and a commitment to high-quality talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the entire recruitment workflow, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and ensuring candidate placement.
• Collaborate with clients to decipher their hiring needs and develop detailed job descriptions accordingly.
• Utilize various platforms such as job portals, social media, referrals, and databases to find suitable candidates.
• Assess applicants by evaluating their skills, experience, qualifications, location, communication capabilities, and salary expectations.
• Conduct preliminary HR screenings and telephonic interviews to vet candidates.
• Arrange interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring stages.
• Keep meticulous records of candidates and provide regular updates on recruitment status.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 or any graduate degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Female candidates only are eligible to apply.
