Position Overview
Join the Foundational Large Model Department focused on advancing language and multimodal AI models. The core belief is that data quality determines the intelligence limits of the models. As the large model capabilities transition from knowledge-centric to task-centric, this role aims to drive innovation in scaling data quality, systematic construction, and utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team dedicated to groundbreaking research in AI data science and engineering, tackling challenges like data synthesis, system design, and curriculum development to produce top-tier industry results.
- Establish and implement a talent development framework, nurturing high-value professionals to ensure consistent growth and tangible business outcomes.
- Partner with leading research experts, remain updated on emerging AI data science and large model technologies and trends, and contribute to proprietary patents and core technical innovations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Holder of a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Extensive experience working with industrial large model reinforcement learning platforms.
- At least 3 years managing research-focused teams, setting business goals, resource management, and optimizing talent growth processes.
- Proven leadership in pivotal research projects in large model and data engineering fields, with successful productization of research outputs.
- Documented research contributions incorporated into commercial products, services, or solutions leading to business impact.
- Practical expertise in large model pre-training and post-training data processes, including data creation, assessment, and verification.
- Knowledge of multimodal data is advantageous. Strong capabilities in cross-functional collaboration and adaptability within enterprise project frameworks.
