Lady Guard

Position Overview

We are seeking a professionally trained Lady Security Guard to join the security team responsible for safeguarding various premises such as construction sites, courts, retail outlets, warehouses, banks, and manufacturing facilities. The role involves conducting patrols on foot or by vehicle, managing access points, ensuring the protection of equipment and individuals, responding promptly to emergencies, monitoring surveillance systems, and aiding in crime prevention efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard premises, assets, and sensitive information from unauthorized access or damage.
• Submit daily reports to Supervisors in accordance with established protocols.
• Strictly comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Operate and monitor security technologies and systems to maintain security integrity.
• Manage entry and exit points for people, materials, and vehicles efficiently.
• Conduct thorough foot patrols to identify and mitigate any hazards threatening property or personal safety.
• Inspect outdoor parking lots as required to ensure vehicle security and detect unauthorized presence.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports as necessary.

Qualifications and Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational attainment of 10th grade pass.
• Height requirements: minimum 5 feet 7 inches for men; 5 feet for women.
• Age criteria: 18-35 years for freshers; up to 40 years for experienced security personnel.
• Must be physically and medically fit and present a mature appearance.
