Position Overview

We are currently hiring dependable and safety-conscious Flaggers to assist with traffic control at active construction sites. The role entails directing vehicle and pedestrian flow, managing traffic control equipment, and maintaining a secure environment for both work crews and the public.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday with occasional weekend duties
• Split shifts from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Compensation

The starting wage ranges between $21 and $22 per hour.

Typical Responsibilities

• Guide traffic using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, radios, and signage
• Set up, sustain, and remove traffic cones, barricades, and delineators as needed
• Maintain clear communication through verbal commands, radios, and hand gestures
• Operate safely under varying weather conditions and in areas with high traffic volume
