Compensation and Benefits

The pay scale ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and regulate traffic at worksites using hand signals and paddles.
• Set up and arrange traffic control devices such as flags, cones, signs, and markers.
• Assist in general construction tasks under a Foreman’s or Supervisor’s supervision as required.
• Operate company vehicles safely in accordance with safety policies.
• Comply with local, state, and federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work tasks in various weather conditions.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States with this employer.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience.
• Possess a valid non-provisional state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Preferred: previous experience in flagging or traffic control.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Commonly required to work independently in isolated settings, operate vehicles, perform movements such as bending, stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting between 10 and 25 pounds, and fine motor actions including keyboard and mouse use.
• Occasional tasks may involve lifting heavier loads (26-55 pounds), climbing stairs, and working with arms elevated above shoulder level.
