Primary Job Responsibilities

• Carry out various physically demanding tasks on construction sites.
• Clear and prepare job sites by removing debris and potential hazards.
• Load and unload building materials essential for construction activities.
• Assist in building or supporting bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Excavate trenches, backfill holes, and compact soil to prepare for construction work.
• Adhere to the company's values and strategic objectives.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
