Job description
Role Overview
As a Printing Exposing Operator at Ajay Poly Limited, you will be responsible for operating screen printing, exposing, and glass printing equipment to meet production goals. Your duties include machine parameter setup, quality checks, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal print results.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate screen printing, exposing, and glass printing machines following production schedules and standards.
- Set and fine-tune machine parameters such as speed, pressure, temperature, exposure time, alignment, and printing configurations.
- Prepare screens properly, conduct exposure accurately, mount, and align prior to production runs.
- Handle glass sheets carefully to ensure correct positioning during printing.
- Maintain accurate printing registration, print thickness, color consistency, and overall quality.
- Inspect initial samples before bulk production and collaborate with the Quality team for approval.
- Monitor machines during operation to detect abnormalities, defects, or potential breakdowns.
- Conduct routine cleaning and perform basic machine maintenance as per standard operating procedures.
- Manage screens, inks, chemicals, glass, tools, and other production materials with proper care.
- Identify and minimize defects like misprints, registration errors, scratches, pinholes, color variations, smudges, and improper exposure.
- Maintain records including production logs, rejection reports, machine settings, and shift documentation.

- स्क्रीन प्रिंटिंग एवं एक्सपोजिंग मशीनों का संचलन निर्धारित प्रक्रियाओं के अनुसार करना।
- ग्लास प्रिंटिंग के लिए स्क्रीन तैयार करना एवं एक्सपोजिंग प्रक्रिया को सही तरीके से निष्पादित करना।
- मशीन की सेटिंग्स, समय, लाइट/एक्सपोजर पैरामीटर आदि को निर्धारित मानकों के अनुसार रखना।
- समय पर और प्रोडक्शन प्लान के अनुरूप उत्पादन करना।
- प्रिंटिंग के दौरान डिजाइन, रंग, पैटर्न और गुणवत्ता की जांच करना।
- स्क्रीन, ग्लास और प्रिंटिंग मटेरियल की सही स्थिति सुनिश्चित करना।
- मिसमैच डिज़ाइन, लाइन मिसिंग, धुंधले प्रिंट, पिन होल, रंग छाया और अन्य गुणवत्ता-सम्बंधित समस्याओं की पहचान करना।
