Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and modernizing the bank's internal Knowledge Base (KB), which comprises memos, UAT VDI guides, and process documentation. Your key objective is to enhance the findability, clarity, and usability of information to support multiple teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Redesign the KB structure to improve clarity and ease of use.
- Categorize, tag, and refine existing documentation for better accessibility.
- Detect gaps in current KB content and suggest actionable enhancements.
- Facilitate teams in adopting best practices around knowledge management.
Collaborative Opportunities
You will closely collaborate with Product Managers, Project Management Offices (PMOs), and engineering teams, gaining hands-on experience with authentic enterprise-level documentation and exposure to process optimization, content design, and digital workplace technologies.
