Role Overview
This role involves joining a team of well-trained financial professionals where you will gain training in the UOB Privilege Client Engagement Process. As the lead manager, you will cultivate and expand relationships with Privilege clients by delivering tailored financial advisory services. This includes recommending suitable financial and investment products to affluent and high net worth clients across different market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and growth of Privilege client relationships following the UOB Client Engagement Process.
- Provide comprehensive financial advisory services and recommend appropriate wealth management and investment solutions to diverse affluent clients.
- Deliver timely information, advice, and recommendations aligned with clients’ individual needs.
- Establish and maintain enduring client relationships to drive success.
- Ensure compliance with advisory protocols, proper documentation, internal bank policies, business procedures, and regulatory requirements such as FAA and related statutory Acts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Pursuance of a recognized university degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates from banking or financial services sectors preferred, though individuals from other fields possessing strong interpersonal abilities are encouraged to apply.
- Strong financial advisory capabilities combined with comprehensive knowledge of wealth management and investment products.
- Experience or familiarity with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes in retail banking is advantageous.
- Self-driven with high sales motivation and energetic attitude.
- Possession of industry-relevant accreditation such as M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, or HI certifications.
