Overview
Join UBS as a Client Advisor within our Global Wealth Management team in Australia. This role focuses on cultivating and enhancing client relationships while delivering tailored wealth management solutions and strategic investment advice in line with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture lasting client relationships to grow the client portfolio.
- Collaborate with investment product and solutions teams to provide clients with trusted, informed advice.
- Implement structured plans to expand the client book with quantifiable outcomes.
- Maintain precise and current records of client investor profiles.
- Take a strategic perspective on client investments, continuously evaluating portfolio quality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and risk management standards.
Team Environment
Work alongside a dedicated team focused on managing and expanding client wealth while assisting with succession planning and continuous employee development through ongoing training.
Required Skills and Experience
- Curiosity about leveraging AI technologies responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and client service, with adherence to risk and ethical standards.
- At least five years of proven experience in private banking, relationship management, asset gathering, and investment advisory roles.
- Detailed knowledge of the Australian regulatory environment and Asia Pacific financial markets.
- Strong networking skills combined with an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
- Resilient, service-oriented team player.
- Comfortable with digital tools and technology adoption.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
