About the Role

Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch invites an experienced Kitchen Steward to join the exciting pre-opening phase of this luxury hotel, set to open later this year in a prime location opposite Buckingham Palace. This prestigious project includes 100 elegant rooms and suites, 17,500 square feet of private residences, two Michelin-starred chef-led signature restaurants, a world-class spa, fitness center, and grand event spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pristine cleanliness and hygiene across restaurants, kitchens, and all food-related service areas.
• Ensure all storage spaces are kept immaculately organized and sanitary at all times.
• Strictly enforce health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Support the culinary team to ensure smooth service delivery through back-of-house discipline.
• Keep stewarding equipment and dishwashing machinery properly maintained to uphold operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in managing cleaning chemicals in a professional hospitality setting.
• Current valid food hygiene certification (documentation required).
• Strong enthusiasm for delivering excellent service and precise operational standards.
• Professional attitude with a strong sense of work ethic.
• Ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
