Key Responsibilities

• Play a vital role within the restaurant and banquets kitchen teams.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and crockery are cleaned to exceptional standards.
• Operate dishwashing machines and handle cleaning chemicals following safety protocols.
• Keep kitchens and food service areas immaculate at all times.
• Strictly adhere to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Support loading bay operations including moving deliveries and managing waste disposal bins.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Availability for varied shifts throughout the week.
• Ability to attend work at different hours; having personal transportation is strongly advised as parking is available.
• Demonstrate a professional demeanor and strong commitment to work ethics.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant settings.
• Good physical fitness, able to safely lift items weighing up to 10 kilograms.
