Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play an essential part in creating relaxing and memorable stays for guests by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in their rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned, beds are made, and amenities are replenished.
• Assist the housekeeping team with stock management and upkeep of public spaces as needed.
• Maintain consistent cleanliness standards throughout the resort.
• Perform duties efficiently in a fast-moving and physically demanding environment.
• Collaborate with the broader resort team to deliver warm and genuine hospitality to all visitors.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Proven prior experience in housekeeping roles.
• Strong team-oriented attitude and willingness to cooperate with colleagues.
• Understanding and adherence to established safety protocols within housekeeping.
• Physically capable of handling a dynamic, physically challenging workload.
• Present a professional and neat appearance.
• Eager to learn and enthusiastic about the role.
