Kitchen Porter

Overview

We are seeking a committed Kitchen Porter to support efficient kitchen operations at CH&CO, working full time for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
• Efficiently assist in preparing fresh food in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure chefs have all necessary items to create fresh dishes.
• Prepare drinks carefully and serve food that meets quality standards to delight customers.
• Work enthusiastically as part of the team.
• Uphold the positive brand identity of Compass Group UK&I.
• Follow regulations related to Food Handling, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills for building effective relationships.
• Experience delivering excellent customer care.
