We're seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our award-winning hospitality team at Tik Tok, located at Hylo, 103-105 Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8LZ.
This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours weekly, allowing our team members to enjoy their evenings. The annual salary is £36,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily food items ensuring freshness, appealing presentation, and timely readiness for service.
- Collaborate as part of a 13-member team managing service for approximately 500 covers each day.
- Oversee your assigned kitchen section, maintaining organization and adhering to high standards for food quality and hygiene.
- Assist and support the kitchen team during peak periods to maintain smooth operations.
- Help manage stock intake, deliveries, and strive to minimize food waste where feasible.
