Job Overview
As a Kitchen Supervisor at Pizza Express, you will ensure that all health and safety protocols are strictly followed in the kitchen. You will be expected to have comprehensive knowledge of the current menu offerings and promotional deals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations fully.
- Remain well-informed about the menu and any ongoing promotions.
- Prepare the kitchen by setting up all required cooking tools and equipment.
- Cook and prepare foods efficiently and promptly.
- Review recipes carefully and assemble all needed ingredients ahead of time.
- Communicate any food shortages to the manager and front-of-house team prior to and during service, so customers are informed before ordering.
- Oversee kitchen staff, offering assistance to cooks as necessary.
- Adjust recipes slightly to accommodate customer dietary needs or preferences, such as excluding dairy or nuts.
Working Hours
The role includes three possible shifts: Morning shift from 8 AM to 7 PM, Mid shift from 12 PM to 10 PM, and Night shift from 4 PM to 1 AM.
Compensation
The salary ranges from ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 per month, with additional incentives provided.
Eligibility and Experience
Applicants must have at least completed 10th grade and possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

Higher Secondary (Class 12)
