Job Overview

We seek a professional, courteous, and guest-oriented Waiter / Steward to join our service team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient table service, ensuring cleanliness, and creating a delightful dining experience for guests at our Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests courteously and professionally upon arrival.
• Introduce menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations as needed.
• Accurately take orders for food and drinks and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly following established service standards.
• Set up tables before service, and clear and maintain them during service hours.
• Ensure all cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service tools are clean and prepared.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the dining and service areas.
• Attentively monitor guest needs and promptly address their requests.
• Handle any guest issues professionally and alert supervisors if necessary.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Support billing and payment tasks when required.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to restaurant hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
• Assist with upselling and promotional activities where applicable.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Captain.

Additional Information

The monthly salary ranges between 19000 to 22000 INR.
