Job Overview

We are seeking a professional, polite, and guest-oriented Waiter / Steward to become a valued member of our service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt and efficient table service, ensuring the cleanliness of service areas, and creating a warm and pleasant dining experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and provide courteous assistance throughout their dining experience.
• Introduce menu offerings clearly, describe dishes, and offer suitable recommendations when necessary.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Deliver food and drinks swiftly in accordance with established service standards.
• Set up, clear, and maintain dining tables during service hours.
• Ensure that all cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service tools are spotless and prepared for use.
• Keep dining and service sections clean and hygienic at all times.
• Monitor and respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
• Address guest issues tactfully and escalate to the supervisor if needed.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Assist in billing and payments as required.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to restaurant safety, hygiene, and service protocols.
• Support promotional and upselling initiatives when appropriate.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Captain.

Salary Information

The position offers a monthly salary range between 19,000 to 22,000 INR.
