Role Responsibilities

• Maintain the kitchen's efficient operation by cleaning and organizing equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Wash and sanitize cookware, dishes, and kitchen tools to prepare for subsequent food preparation
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients during busy periods
• Manage waste disposal, recycling, and keep the environment clean and safe
• Ensure storage spaces are organized, stocked, and clean for easy access
• Help receive and store deliveries to keep the kitchen adequately stocked
• Strictly observe health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen
