Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen and laundry machines such as ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, and steam presses.
• Quickly identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems to reduce equipment downtime.
• Follow safety regulations and manufacturer instructions during all repair processes.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance work and spare parts inventory.
• Work alongside the Engineering team to plan routine maintenance and handle emergency fixes.
• Address guest and operational concerns regarding kitchen and laundry devices promptly.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at conserving energy and optimizing the use of equipment.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a similar role within a luxury five-star hotel environment.
• Strong ability to diagnose technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems and knowledge of safety protocols.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Capacity to function effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace.
