Kitchen Helper

Job Overview

This role is based on-site at our Strathmore, Alberta location and requires physical presence during working hours. No remote work options are available. No prior education or experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided. Proficiency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, carts, waste disposal units, and other kitchen tools.
• Hand wash and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Package food orders intended for take-out customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and products.
• Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
• Remove kitchen refuse and trash regularly.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain hygiene.
• Wash, peel, and cut fresh vegetables and fruits as needed.

• Standing for long durations during shifts.
