Kitchen Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join Compass Group UK & Ireland on a full-time basis. This position involves working 37.5 hours per week, contracted for 48.2 weeks annually. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to preparing quality food, maintaining kitchen hygiene, supporting operational tasks, and upholding the brand's reputation in multiple venues across the UK.

Key Duties

• Produce tasty and high-standard meals to satisfy clients and guests.
• Keep the kitchen and adjacent areas rigorously clean and organized.
• Operate kitchen machinery and equipment properly and safely.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and supplies.
• Act as a positive ambassador for Compass Group UK&I while maintaining brand image.
• Adhere strictly to food handling, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
