Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Key Holder, working under store management supervision, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences and managing store operations when managers are unavailable. Daily responsibilities include warmly welcoming customers, assisting them in finding the right products, answering their queries, and recommending complementary merchandise. You will provide attentive support in fitting rooms, strive to surpass personal sales targets with comprehensive training support, and oversee sales floor activities. Ensuring merchandise is well presented and the store environment is clean and organized is essential. Handling customer transactions accurately and adhering to company policies and procedures is expected. Additional duties as needed to support team objectives will be part of your role.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in sales is required.
  • Passion for apparel that embraces confident and comfortable femininity, including lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear.
  • Strong listening skills to truly understand customer needs and provide excellent service.
  • Proactive, reliable, and attentive in daily tasks.
  • Willingness to work holidays and extended hours during peak seasons based on availability.
  • Eager for a career with ongoing challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Functional bilingualism is considered a plus.
