Role Summary

As a Key Account Manager, you will be pivotal in managing the entire consulting lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end consulting processes to deliver tailored staffing solutions for clients.

Candidate Profile

  • Genuine interest in exploring and understanding diverse company cultures, strategies, and business models.
  • Proven resilience, empathy, and excellent communication skills in acquiring new clients.
  • Sound B2B sales experience providing insights into customer needs and marketplace dynamics.
  • Ability to engage fluently and persuasively in German and English.
