Team Overview

As Deliveroo expands, our Account Management team becomes a vital revenue partner for top restaurants. We function as trusted advisors, leveraging data-driven insights and industry expertise to support and grow our restaurant partners. Our Account Managers are collaborative, highly personable, and excellent at forging lasting partnerships, working cross-functionally with internal teams to maximize value.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of Deliveroo's key restaurant partners, including high-volume and international brands.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with principal stakeholders in the restaurant sector.
• Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities and enhance profitability for both partners and Deliveroo.
• Collaborate closely with departments like Marketing and Operations to implement new initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills geared towards building and sustaining relationships.
• Adaptable and agile to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the restaurant industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic fluency is a significant plus.
