Kazakh-Speaking Partner Relations Manager

Position Overview

Primary Duties

• Design and execute partner retention plans aligned with the organization's overarching goals to boost loyalty and enhance lifetime value.
• Serve as the primary liaison for partners, cultivating robust relationships through tailored support.
• Track partner satisfaction, collect and utilize feedback to refine experiences and adjust programs accordingly.
• Examine partner behavior to identify prospects for upselling and personalize products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and marketing campaigns, effectively conveying these to partners.
• Propose ideas and feedback on platform enhancements to Business Development teams.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and leading practices in partner retention to continuously elevate company efforts.
• Perform any additional relevant tasks as delegated.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in a business-related discipline.
• Experience handling clients within the financial services industry is advantageous.
• Fluent in Kazakh with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Possesses reliability and strong personal integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Energetic, innovative, and results-driven approach.
• High proficiency with computers.
• Must hold a valid work permit.
