Responsibilities
- Complete the full candidate lifecycle including posting job roles, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to find qualified healthcare professionals.
- Assist candidates through the onboarding process by facilitating certification and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Schedule shifts for candidates and earn commission based on placements, fostering a performance-driven environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years post-education work experience, regardless of industry.
- Authorization to work in the EU, specifically a Passport or Stamp 4 visa, with a commitment to reside or relocate to Dublin.
- A strong motivation to achieve targets, willingness to learn from coaching, and a results-oriented approach.

Work Schedule
