Junior Product Manager (m/w/d)

Overview

In this role, you will identify opportunities and transform insights into valuable products. Your product development journey starts by questioning what customers genuinely need, determining which features add real value, and making decisions based on data analysis.

Working as a Junior Product Manager, you will combine product management with analytical skills to generate tangible ideas, features, and initiatives derived from customer data.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, product, and market data to discover new opportunities such as features, pricing adjustments, or enhancements to existing product processes.
• Present findings clearly and concisely to company leadership, providing actionable recommendations.
• Convert analytic insights into concrete measures and features, overseeing these initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Create data analyses and dashboards that visualize trends and support informed decision-making.
• Utilize modern tools and AI solutions to work efficiently and optimize processes.
• Take ownership of your projects by driving them independently without waiting for direction.

Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical and structured thinking with enthusiasm for extracting insights from data and crafting pragmatic product solutions.
• Proactive attitude, accountability, and the ability to quickly transition from analysis to action.
• Initial experience in product management, strategy, consulting, or a similarly analytical environment.
• Capability to quickly learn and work with technically complex subjects and AI technologies.
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level) in both written and spoken forms.
• A strong academic background in economics or technical fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics.
• A keen curiosity and determination to create meaningful impact.
