As a part of CHECK24 AI Forge GmbH, we develop central agentic AI systems that underpin our chatbot, voicebot, and live chat solutions for the CHECK24 ecosystem. We also assist individual CHECK24 products in seamlessly integrating these systems and bring the latest advancements in Generative and Agentic AI directly into innovative customer applications.

Job Description

We are expanding our team and looking for a Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Generative AI. In this position, you will actively shape the evolution of our AI products by aligning user needs, product strategy, and technical capabilities. Collaborating closely with our IT teams, you will develop intelligent solutions that deliver measurable value to millions of customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development by working with IT and business units to advance our agentic AI systems for chatbot, voicebot, live chat, and other communication channels, overseeing new feature implementation from concept through rollout.
• Analyze user feedback, metrics, and data to identify concrete enhancements and requirements for ongoing product improvement.
• Support the integration of AI solutions into the broader CHECK24 product suite with business units; facilitate best practice sharing via workshops and learning sessions.
• Monitor trends in Generative AI and agentic systems to generate insights influencing product strategy and identify novel use cases.

Candidate Requirements

• A strong university degree in a technical, scientific, mathematical, or economic field.
• Interest in product management with some practical exposure to product management, Generative AI, or digital products preferred; enthusiasm for taking on early responsibility.
• Passion for AI technologies, keen on tracking current developments in Generative AI and agentic systems, eager to translate innovative tech into customer-centric applications.
• Analytical mindset capable of structuring complex problems and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in German at minimum C1 level, plus strong English language proficiency.
