Job description
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to governance guidelines including SOX, Health & Safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage and take responsibility for all liabilities associated with the role.
- Oversee route operations, ensuring efficiency and security.
- Maintain safety protocols related to route operations and associated liabilities.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and banking partners.
- Comply with Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in Cash-in-Transit (CIT) operations.
- Promptly report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damages to management in real time.
- Ensure all safety equipment—including panic buttons, surveillance cameras, and interlock systems—are functional and properly maintained.
Knowledge and Experience
- Proficient in cash counting and verification processes.
- Familiarity with SWI and SOP relevant to CIT operations.
- Effective active listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements.
- Experience in building and maintaining good rapport with customers.
- Well-acquainted with route planning and customer locations.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capability to identify counterfeit currency notes.
- Proficient in the local language.
