Job description
Job Overview and Key Duties
- Adhere to all governance protocols including SOX, Health & Safety, and company policies.
- Manage responsibilities related to liabilities and the operational routes.
- Ensure safety compliance during route operations and oversee liabilities associated with them.
- Maintain strong relationships with both customers and banking institutions.
- Follow established Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) specific to Cash-in-Transit (CIT) tasks.
- Immediately report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damages to management as they occur.
- Regularly check and confirm all safety equipment such as panic buttons, cameras, and interlocks are functional and well-maintained.
Knowledge and Experience
- Proficient in cash counting and verification techniques.
- Familiarity with SWI and SOP guidelines.
- Attentive listening skills with the ability to understand customer requirements.
- Capability to build and sustain good relationships with customers.
- Awareness of routes and customer location details.
Required Competencies
- Effective communication capabilities.
- Skillful in identifying counterfeit currency.
- Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.
