Daily Responsibilities
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with both candidates and clients
- Overseeing the entire vacancy lifecycle from initiation to completion
- Conducting candidate screening, interviews, and shortlisting within the healthcare sector
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 to 2 years of experience in any professional field; prior recruitment experience is not necessary
- A strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and inclusive work environment
- Confidence and skill in building and maintaining professional networks
- Team-player mindset with a growth-oriented attitude aiming for a sustained career
