Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Provide support to the kitchen team during high-demand service periods.
• Maintain uniformity and quality in food preparation and presentation.
• Follow directions from senior kitchen staff and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience working as a Commis or in a professional cooking environment is desirable.
• Possession of a culinary qualification will be considered an asset.
• Fundamental understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Effective communication and ability to work cooperatively within a team.
