Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
• Assisting in the formulation of subject recruitment strategies.
• Assessing the compliance and quality of site operations based on regulatory guidelines such as Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization standards.
• Tracking project progress including regulatory submissions, recruitment status, case report form completion, and data query resolutions.
• Cooperating with site experts and client representatives to ensure smooth study execution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a university degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
• Have prior experience within the pharmaceutical industry or clinical trials environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and other computer skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
• Holder of a Class B driver’s license.
