Technical Proposal Designer / Proposal Specialist

About the Role

We seek a creative and meticulous Technical Proposal Designer / Proposal Specialist to join our Riyadh-based team. This role involves crafting professional technical proposals, tender submissions, and presentations for various projects and bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Create well-designed technical proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
• Examine and interpret RFPs, tender documents, scopes of work, and technical specifications.
• Identify essential requirements, deliverables, and submission instructions within tender documentation.
• Organize proposal content logically and professionally for clarity and impact.
• Convert complex project information into clear, visually captivating presentations.
• Design layouts featuring infographics, diagrams, icons, timelines, and process flows.
• Ensure proposals conform to client branding, project needs, and presentation criteria.
• Collaborate with project teams, designers, content creators, and business development to collect and arrange information.
• Review final proposals to confirm all RFP prerequisites and deliverables are addressed.
• Handle multiple proposal projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical proposal preparation, design, or tender submission.
• Educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related design disciplines.
• Strong visual acuity and excellent skills in creating presentation designs.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in interpreting RFPs, tender documents, and scopes of work.
• Capability to understand project demands and translate them into organized proposal materials.
• Competency in managing large volumes of information and presenting complex data professionally.
• Sharp attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work well under pressure, juggling multiple tasks concurrently.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in reading and preparing proposal content in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in events, exhibitions, conferences, creative agencies, or experiential marketing sectors.
• Experience with government or private sector tenders and competitive bid processes.
• Familiarity with proposal sections such as methodologies, execution plans, timelines, organizational charts, operational plans, and deliverables.
