About the Role
We are partnering with a successful technology company expanding across the USA, Europe, and Asia to recruit multiple Junior Business Development Managers. This established tech firm offers you the opportunity to join growing teams focused on developing their business portfolio.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 CAD, depending on experience
- On-target earnings (OTE) between $15,000 and $20,000 CAD, also dependent on performance
- Potential career growth into roles such as Account Executive, Account Manager, Team Lead, and more

Job Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, competitive landscape, and target market
- Plan and organize your sales territory efficiently to maximize opportunity engagement
- Regularly communicate with prospects by telephone and visit clients to build relationships, overcome objections, and present the company's value proposition
- Execute marketing and category strategies within your customer base
- Track and manage sales activity and results in your assigned area
- Represent the company professionally at regional and national conferences, fostering client networks to generate new business
Candidate Requirements
- A completed bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills vital for customer engagement

- Confident presenter with polished presentation abilities
