Role Overview
This full-time Junior Architect position is based in Nagpur with a hybrid work model allowing some tasks from home. The role involves assisting senior architects in formulating architectural concepts, developing design drawings, and preparing detailed plans and presentations. On a daily basis, responsibilities include managing project documentation, coordinating with consultants and suppliers, as well as contributing creative solutions for interior and architectural design across various project types including residential, institutional, and commercial.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior team members in concept development and design drafting.
- Assist in creating detailed architectural and interior design plans and presentations.
- Maintain day-to-day project documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants and vendors to facilitate project progress.
- Participate in site visits, design evaluations, and client meetings.
- Integrate design contributions with technical resources and software tools used by the studio.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure timely and quality delivery in line with company design standards.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
- 0 to 2 years professional experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit; familiarity with Vray or Lumion is advantageous.
- An ambitious learner with eagerness to embrace industry standards and workplace culture.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
