Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer support logs to pinpoint where automated replies are inaccurate or confusing.
• Organize and cleanse internal datasets to guarantee accurate input for AI solutions.
• Evaluate current automation logic to detect bottlenecks or unfair application rejections.
• Create and revise standard operating procedures for the operations team to intervene when automation requires human input.
• Experiment with AI prompt configurations to improve response relevance in the new market.
• Continuously monitor newly deployed tools, reporting any technical issues to engineers promptly.
• Maintain clear documentation of system modifications to enable client self-sufficiency post-project.
• Ensure data from AI tools integrates correctly into the main company database without duplication or error.
