This Junior AI Automation Developer role focuses on transforming broad operational objectives into effective automated workflows to minimize manual data handling. The developer will collaborate directly with senior principals to establish the technical framework enabling enhanced portfolio transparency and accelerated decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on specific large language models and automation platforms to identify tools suitable for the client's operational context.
- Develop and sustain automated workflows that integrate multiple software systems, ensuring precise interdepartmental data exchange.
- Contribute to designing logic-based triggers that support shipping document management and internal communications for the logistics provider.
- Produce clear and jargon-free technical documentation that describes automated system operations accessibly for stakeholders.
- Perform testing and debugging on automation scripts to ensure robust handling of edge cases and data integrity.
- Present technical discoveries during internal reviews and accept feedback from senior management.
- Oversee active automation processes and recommend improvements for reliability and performance.
- Collaborate in creating internal dashboards that provide real-time logistical operation insights to the client.
Essential Qualifications
- Basic grasp of logic-based programming with introductory experience in Python or similar languages beneficial.
- Familiarity with no-code or low-code automation platforms connecting web applications and databases.
- Ability to communicate complex technical procedures plainly and professionally in English.
- Strong curiosity about data structures within large corporations and holding companies.
- Self-discipline to work independently in a fully remote environment while adhering to project deadlines.
- High attention to detail, especially concerning data output accuracy and system trigger validation.
