Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing manual steps in mandate delivery, pinpointing opportunities for simple technical automation to boost efficiency.
• Set up and maintain integrations between research databases and internal reporting tools to keep data current.
• Manage data intake workflow for the infrastructure client by implementing logic-driven triggers for document review and updates.
• Conduct daily monitoring of automated workflows, ensuring data accuracy and resolving minor logical issues promptly.
• Develop clear, comprehensive documentation explaining the logic behind each automation process for principal understanding.
• Support migration of legacy tracking tools into modern, integrated platforms suited for remote work.
• Generate summary reports on operating model performance to guide team improvements in client project execution.
• Collaborate with the AIS team to test and validate new internal tools before firm-wide deployment.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibit strong curiosity about inter-software communication via APIs and connectors.
• Ability to communicate technical logic plainly and concisely without jargon.
• Logical thinking skills to break down complex tasks into repeatable digital procedures.
• Basic experience with common productivity tools and eagerness to learn automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
• High attention to detail in managing sensitive corporate and infrastructure data.
• Self-disciplined and capable of managing time effectively within a fully remote setting.
