About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and professional Judicial Personal Assistant to provide high-level executive administrative support within the Wellington Tribunals Unit on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This role involves working closely with judiciary members including the Principal Disputes Referee and Principal Tenancy Adjudicator, assisting them daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting court judgments accurately and maintaining comprehensive records.
- Managing diary appointments efficiently and coordinating travel logistics.
- Organising and supporting meetings to ensure smooth workflows.
- Prioritising tasks carefully and working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Delivering reliable administrative and secretarial support to Tribunal members and Judicial Officers.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven extensive experience in executive-level administrative support within courts or legal environments.
- Strong command of office procedures, business operations, and the management of databases.
- Advanced IT proficiency across diverse applications with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies.
- Excellent organisational abilities coupled with impeccable spelling and grammar skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate flexibility when under pressure.

Salary Information
